Service-Based Transactions Vijayalaxmi Property offers services such as property listing, buying, selling, renting, consultancy, and brokerage. Since these are service-based and often involve third-party or government processes, refunds and cancellations are subject to the following terms: 2. Cancellation Policy Consultation Services: Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. For cancellations within 24 hours, no refund will be provided. Property Listings: Once a property listing has been activated and published on our website, cancellation is not possible and no refund will be issued. Third-Party Services (e.g., legal, registration, documentation): These services, once initiated, cannot be cancelled. We work with trusted partners and service charges are non-refundable. 3. Refund Policy Non-Refundable Services: All payments made for property listings, consultancy, registration services, or brokerage are final and non-refundable. Refund Exceptions: In rare cases of duplicate payment or technical errors, a refund may be processed after verification. Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. 4.
